The terrorist ISIS group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant [(written also as Syria in the acronym)], lashed some young people who watched football matches of World Cup 2014 in public shops, extremist ISIS considers watching football matches as levity which is a sin; so, issued a verdict to whip them.
They also whipped a young man who did not wear beard. The extremist ISIS believes in long beard for men.
ISIS attacked cities in Iraq for some of the army commanders' betrayal of the government, thus leaving the city for ISIS to occupy.
